You start the device at the top and go down with it, the device has some sort of slot or something, so when a split end gets in the slot, it'll cut it off. Anyway, here's the trippy part. They were talking about how certain things damages your hair, like using a curling iron on it. And I swear they show this chick using the curling iron and her hair starts to smoke, she starts blowing on the smoke, but leaves the iron on her hair. Frankly, if my hair started smoking, I'd get that iron away from it and then start blowing on it and putting water on it.
