It wasnt on Tuesday, it was on last Saturday or Sunday, but I wasn't home and didn't bother taping it thinking it would be Season 1 still, but of course stupid N@N skips nearly 100 episodes at a time!

oh yea it was on Saturday..can you believe they skipped "Strange Bedfellows" ??!! Those three episodes are hilarious!! especially the moment that Diane takes out a water gun...lol

I remember seeing it earlier this week. I hate how they skip over tons of episodes at a time. It gets annoying missing episodes at a time.:mad:

My new local channel that airs Cheers just started the second season yesterday, which means "Sumner's Return" will be coming up soon!

And they dont skip episodes!

If I knew DVDs werent coming out, I would have taped the entire series, but in about 10 years (at the rate the DVDs are going), Ill have all of Cheers in PURE DIGITAL QUALITY!

N@N sure loves Rebecca. Maybe Kirstie Alley owns part of N@N. Or possibly this could be a ploy by Viacom. N@N skips most of the Diane episodes. This in turn creates a demand for these episodes on DVD. So people who want to see Diane episodes have to buy season 1. It also creates a demand for the next 4 seasons on DVD. Of course, Viacom profits from all of this.

It's just a theory.

I hope its a ploy by Viacom for the DVDs, I REALLY want them to come out!
