barwars 07-18-2003, 09:46 PM I fell out of my chair!!
Slowly, Im getting back up!
Season 2, Season 2, Season 2, Season 2, Season 2, Season 2!!
barwars 07-18-2003, 09:50 PM Was it "I Do, Adieu" or "One For The Road" where they taped a different ending with Sam and Diane getting married?
Well whichever one it was, that would make the PERFECT special feature!
DianeChambers87 07-18-2003, 09:56 PM "I do, Adieu"
DianeChambers87 07-18-2003, 09:59 PM They didn't want the audience at the taping to reveil to the rest of the world that Diane wasn't coming back....plus it was kind of a sweet way to end it..you know? What should have happened.
Oh well, it ended with them as two star-crossed lovers.....
barwars 07-18-2003, 09:59 PM On the season 5 DVD, they should include "I Do, Adieu" and "I Do, Adieu, version 2"

I would probably wear out the Version 2 because i'd watch it so much....I hate the way it ends I cry every time I see it....

YES it is Sammy and Diane are together!!!!
A very reliable source told me that season two will be out in November, and season three will follow in May, 2004. But that's all the information I can release at this point. I'll let you know when I can tell you more.

Will you have to kill us after you tell us? This sounds so mysterious. ;)

I know a guy who knows a guy who went to school with a guy who knew the uncle of a guy...
Kidding. I have a buddy who has connections with Viacom. It sounds like the plan is to release one "Cheers" set every six months. They don't want to oversaturate the market.
I seriously hope they rethink this strategy, though, because this would mean we wouldn't see season 11 until May, 2008. Hopefully they'll start releasing them every three months, which is what "Friends" seems to have switched to doing.
barwars 07-22-2003, 08:19 PM HOLY SHIP!!
now I have to go change my pants
I cant (but i CAN) wait until November!!
barwars 07-22-2003, 08:26 PM They HAVE to speed it up, HD-DVD is expected for 2007, but.... I dont think TV shows will come out on HD-DVD, so this rate is okay.... no it isnt
How bout every month?
