Do you think it's okay for a celebrity to endorse a product?

I would'nt have so much of a problem with it if the celebrity really did like to product. Many of the more sane radio talk show hosts endorse products they really use. I couldn't see myself endorsing a product I'd never used, less I was introduced to it as a result and did really like it.

Yeah, why not? I mean if someone offered me some money to advertise something, Id sure as hell do it.

Yeah, I don't see a problem with it. This life is full of people who sell out. I don't see why a celeb can't endorse a product to gain more money.

Well, I personally don't have a problem with it as long as whoever endorses the product doesn't physically or emotionally damage people who look up to these celebrities, especially when the celebrity himself/herself knows that they wouldn't ever use the product.

Some celebrities check the product out first and try to only do ads for ones they believe in. Others aren't so conscientious.

No, I don't either - as long as they don't actually know for a fact that the product is worthless or harmful. They have a right to use their skills and assets to make a buck.

I don't have a problem with it, I think it's better for the actor's integrity if they only endorse products that they REALLY use.
