I didn't want to be the bearer of bad news, but I thought that you guys should know. That's nothing though, come January they are adding "who's the boss" and the "Fresh prince of belair" so GOD knows where Wings and Cheers will be.....

AAUUGGHHH!!!!!!!!! That's bad news for both Wings and Cheers fans :(

I just look at it this way-It TOTALLY SUCKS, but at least N@N is still showing it at least once, and as long as my VCR still records.:mad: :( :mad: :(

very very true. as long as it's still on, and i have a vcr that works, it's ok. hehe

The one and only good thing about this is that the ending credits shouldn't be a split screen. I mean they only have split screen endings for the shows on right before either Cosby or Cheers. I mean they still might have a voiceover, but that's better than moving the screen to the side in order for a commerical.

I know I should just be thankful that they're showing Wings at all, but c'mon! Wings is too good a show to deserve this kind of treatment.

Well, this sucks. I hated when they put Wings later anyways but this late? Jeez.

I read that VCR recordings do count for ratings, I don't know where I read it, but I have been told it's true.

and all I can say is, no matter what time or day it may come on ... Im a die hard wings fan always and forever .. and no critic or tv lineup is gonna change my mind about it

I hate that they do this to shows, they have done it to Family Ties also, who wants to stay up till 5 am to watch FT on N@N? Yes you can tape them, but still, we shouldn't have too just to watch our fav. shows.

Kinda sounds like what Disney has done to Boy Meets World. They have banned 3 episodes of the series because Disney feels they are inappropriate for their network, and Disney is totally butchering episodes with the stupid editing they do *if they want to do that to BMW then why the heck do they even air it on their network*?

Sorry got off topic :) Yeah at least they're still showing up, but I bust up laughing everytime I hear them say "VIEWER APPRECIATION" because they sure as heck don't appreciate the viewers, if they did, then they would air more Wings, and other shows, and Less Cosby, Cheers and Three's Co.

If Nick at Nite really wanted to show appreciation for viewers, they could cut down on Cosby, possibly cutting it down one prime-time marathon. Also, N@N could put marathons on the weekend. N@N currently has the rights to air every episode of 7 long-running series. So if they cut down on Cosby in prime-time, got rid of Sanford and Son, and added weekend marathons, Wings could have a prime-time marathon. Family Ties and Coach could have 2 marathons each. That would be true viewer appreciation.
