1) Rhoda's Wedding - To see two great cast together was great. A very well done episode. Unfortunately Rhoda went downhill after the wedding especially in the first full season that Rhoda was shown married. It seemed they did not know what to do with the show after Joe and Rhoda got separated.
2) Eight Is Enough - Children of the Groom episode. Tom and Abby's wedding was very good and teary. Betty Buckley gave a powerful and emotional performance in that episode.
3) My Three Sons - A tie between Rob and Katie's wedding and Steve and Barbara's. They were very good episodes.

Not the best Series Finale but a good wedding episode. It is, of course, the wedding of Richard Fish (Greg Germann) and Liza Bump (Christina Ricci).Carl Reiner guest starred as Reverand Bump.

Rob & Laura Petrie - The Dick Van Dyke Show, ep. #34 "The Attempted Marriage":
Rob has a cold that leaves his ears so clogged that he can't hear what's being said. Everytime the reverend stops talking and looks in Rob's direction, Rob says, "I do".
[REVEREND] If anyone has a reason why this man and woman should not be wed, let him speak now or forever hold his peace.
[ROB] I do.

I have to agree with TV Gen's pick, and I'll also add "Ted's Wedding" from "The Mary Tyler Moore Show"
Lou(Giving Ted advice before he gets married):You know how you always are? Don't be that way!

And when Georgette needs a ring for the ceremony, Mary offers her high school ring...
[MARY] - Is that alright?
[SUE ANN] - Certainly, dear. It's just a symbol.
[GEORGETTE] - And it's legal because I graduated.
