did anyone else notice that arnolds doll had two names in the goodbye dolly ep they said the dolls name was homer but then 7 years later in the sams bedwetting ep arnold tells sam the that he once slept with a doll but he said the dolls name was fo fo just wondering if anyone else notcned that lapse in the story

You're right, that was one of many mistakes the writers made accross the years.
