Just need an input really from all of you who have been trading/selling awhile.

I did an order for a lady who had nothing to trade so she wanted to buy. So we decided on a price, what she would get for that price, etc.
Then she paid me through Paypal, as I feel is the safest way to do for the buyer and the seller.
It took me 5 days to get her order done and then I shipped it out with a tracking number. I sent her the tracking number and everything. Then she emailed me saying the tracking number was invalid and she wanted a money order for a full refund. (She didn't want me to pay her back through Paypal, which is what I found odd also)
I went to usps.com and typed in the tracking number and it said it was in Georgia on the 13th so it should be to her anytime now.
She says she wasn't going to open the package when it came because she decided she didn't want the tapes and wanted her money back. If I didn't give her her money back she would take me to small claims court and sue me.
So my question is how to deal with something like this when it comes up?
I mean I have the tracking number to prove I sent her tapes and I really don't feel like I should give a refund to someone just because they up and decide they don't want the order (especially before it's even recieved and all).
I put alot of work into her tapes for her to just decide she doesn't want them, know what I mean?
So anyways is there anyway she could take me to a small claims court just because I sent the tapes, there wasn't nothing wrong with them, and she just decided she wanted her money back?
Any help is appreciated!

The good news is that since you have a tracking number she won't be able to get her money back through Paypal.

I doubt she'll take you small claims court. After all, she doesn't have any reason to sue. You definitely shouldn't refund her money.

Thanks for the input. She's just changed her story so many times saying I gave her an invalid tracking number (when I cn pull it up and sent her a copy), then she said she didn't mean to hit the Paypal buy it button (and she also never mean't to email me asking how long it would take???)

I see it like this: She read my rules and agreed to them when she purchased.

My biggest fear is that your not suppose to sell these kind of tapes (even though so may do) and that she may be able to hold that against me??
