I can't believe sweet, slutty Bunny Mather turned into mean, nasty, shrew Dr. Kerry Weaver on ER!

Forgive me for this dumb topic. I'm bored.

WOA!! I had been trying to figure out why she looked so familiar! I've even watched ER a couple times since I've seen those Wings episodes with Bunny, and I still didn't figure it out. lol!

This is just one MORE thing that "Wings" has RUINED for me....

I used to love watching "ER", but after seeing the "Bunny Mather" WINGS episodes, I can't look at Dr. Weaver without cracking up...and she's NOT supposed to be a funny character!

Before I watched "Wings", I knew her as Ted's school teacher and Mr. Ernst's girlfriend in an episode of the Nickelodeon sitcom "Hey Dude." Years later I learned that she was and is married to David Brisbin, the actor who played the bumbling Mr. Ernst. Of course, now I only think of her as Bunny. And she only appeared in like three or four episodes.

Really? I think she can be quite funny on ER at times. Oh well, to each his own.

I had that problem with The Fugitive. I really wanted to like the show because I love the movie, but I just couldn't accept Joe Hackett being on the run from the law. The fact that Dr. Kimble's wife's name was Helen didn't help too much either.

I also remember seeing Antonio when he was on The X-Files. He was killing people and I couldn't stop laughing at the character, even though it wasn't funny.

lol! I could so see myself doing that- busting out laughing every time, because I'm so used to seeing Tony Shalhoub as Antonio, that it would be so bizarre seeing him play a character like that. I'd be cracking up too.

...I never saw Tim in "The Fugitive" tho. I fidn't even know he was on that show until a month or so ago when I found an old article/interview on the internet about it.
