I'm bored, so i figured i'd tell ya guys some things:
1. On "Roseanne" yesterday they the family was watching FOL, and Dan (the husband) said, "Ya know? This show was sort of like the 'Friends' of the 70s." (I thought that was funny).
2. Last nite on "New Girl," on the part where Tootie said "The Chugalug Bar on the highway...it's just loaded w/ college guys..." and Blair was like "I'd go in a second, but..." they cut out a funny part (that they showed in "The Way We Were" 2-parter) where after Tootie said that, Blair said sarcastically "Thanks, Tootie," and Tootie was like "Don't mention it," and her & Nat were smiling while Blair got all mad.
3. I saw "Where Are They Now?" on VH1, and Stacey Q (is that her name?) was on, she lives in Cal. now, but spent a bunch of years in Tibet, and goes on Buddhist retreats all the time.

Sorry I rambled on and on, but like i said, i was bored...

FOL was also mentioned on an episode of Clueless. It was an episode were Cher's school was going to have an uniform policy and Cher and her friend were talking. Cher's friend said,"That is so Facts of Life!" and Cher said,"You tell 'em Tootie!" It was really funny!

I saw somewhere that FOL was mentioned on South Park, too. I'm not sure, though. I hope it was mentioned on there because my friend hates FOL and loves South Park. He says the Facts of Life was dumb, and maybe if they did mention it on there, he'd consider watching an episode. If anyone knows for sure, could you please tell me.

Sarah Lynn, I don't remember that episode of Sabrina but I was never a big fan of that show anyway. And the book it was mentioned in was Don't Look Behind You by Lois Duncan (One of my favorite books even before I had seen FOL). I've actually never seen any shows that mention FOL. I see tons of Happy Days references, though... there was one in Sabrina, one in Boy Meets World, some in Charles in Charge, one in Two of a Kind, and a bunch of others... Anyway, about the book, it doesn't say much. The main character April is in a hotel room and is watching it. She says it ends with Jo riding off on her motercycle with her boyfriend...
