Basically no Cheers, Seinfeld or I Love Lucy, those shows were high rated. mean shows that may not have been high rated. They are underrated. Shows that didn't win any (or many) awards. But shows that have a loyal fan base.

NewsRadio
Boy Meets World
Andy Richter Controls the Universe
Perfect Strangers
Wings
Step by Step
and some others ...

Yeah, most critics liked "NewsRadio." And it did pretty well in the beginning. First it was on Tuesdays. Then it moved to Sundays. It wasn't until NBC moved "NewsRadio" to Wednesdays that the ratings dropped. At one point becoming the lowest rated NBC sitcom. Then it moved back to Tuesdays then back to Wednesdays
and back and forth on and on until finally ending up where it all began, Tuesdays at 8:30pm. Most fans of the show seem to have become fans when "NewsRadio" went into syndication. As much as I complain about NBC's shabby treatment of the show, somehow, "NewsRadio" made it for five seasons. Because like I said, it was their lowest rated sitcom in it's third season. It's so odd (and wonderful) that it made it as far as it did. After Phil Hartman died, I think the loss of "Seinfeld" was the main reason NBC renewed "NewsRadio," because they knew it had a cult following.

Also, I'd like to add to my list:
The Odd Couple
Taxi
ALF

Adding to my list:

Futurama
Family Guy

With NewsRadio, I don't think that viewers weren't interested. I remember reading an article in EW in 1999 that said NewsRadio had 11 time-slot changes in just over 4 seasons. So it's no wonder that NewsRadio gained a lot it's fans in syndication and on A&E. Of course, NewsRadio was the only show worth watching on A&E.

ALF
The Monkees
Titus (I think it counts as one)

Wings
NewsRadio
Taxi
Sports Night
Andy Richter Controls the Universe
Early Edition
Titus
Freaks and Geeks
Becker
Scrubs

Personally, I'd rather watch the above shows than shows that are considered true classics, like Seinfeld, Friends, and I Love Lucy.

Mine are the following:

The Brady Bunch (on account of it never getting higher than #29 in the Nielsens, but thankfully it has a HUGE following)

Our House

Perfect Strangers

State of Grace

The Wonder Years (then again it was in the Top Ten for its first couple of seasons)

almost every show i watch only has a cult following. lol!
But as for sitcoms, I'd say
"Wings"!!! :D

and if "Family Guy" counts even though it's a cartoon then I say that one too. hilarious show, but never got any recognition!
