while i realize that others have posted messages regarding the release of the wonder years on dvd, i thought i would reemphasize that there is a website (tvshowsondvd.com), which is in direct communication with the studios, on which you can vote for your favorite shows to be released on dvd.

as of today, "the wonder years" is ranked 68th out of the 4291 shows listed on the website, with 436 votes. (for the sake of comparison, the television show "roswell" is is ranked 1st with 2742 votes.) if you would like to emphasize your interest in owning twy on dvd, you can vote by going to:

There is also a petition on www.PetitionOnline.com to get TWY to DVD. After you click on that site, go to the Entertainment and Media section, and ultimately you will find it under "The Wonder Years Series Released".

At last count there were only 152 signatures, so we need to get the ball rolling!
