Who do you like better as a couple: Casey and Brian or Casey and Antonio?

I didn't like Brian and Casey together at all. I thought both were too immature and self-centered to be a believable couple. Plus, they had zero chemistry. I thought they were too awkward together.

OTOH, I thought Antonio and Casey were more believable together. They had better chemistry and Antonio seemed to me to be the only one who truly liked Casey. (The rest seemed to just tolerate her because she was Helen's sister.) Antonio deserved to finally be lucky in love and Casey (as well as Brian) clearly needed to be in a relationship with someone who could act like a mature, responsable adult. (That's why I like Brian and Alex together.)

But yeah, I don't think Brian and Casey go together well as a couple...
I voted for Antonio and Casey mostly because Antonio does like her a lot, and it sucks how for the last few seasons of the show, Antonio was all lonely and acting pathetic all the time. lol. So he needs someone, and it would be nice if he and Casey had gotten together... but I don't know how long that would have lasted. they don't seem like they'd actually go together all that well...

I like Brian and Casey, I think I'm in the minority. I never liked Brian with Alex, cause Alex never accepted him for who he really was, she wanted to change him.

Brian and Casey accepted each other for whom they really are. Antonio always seems to want what he can't have, IMO
