View Full Version : Commercials DianeChambers87 07-10-2003, 12:39 PM So far from the commercials currently playing here I have seen two different ones with a cheers Star There are the notorious pier 1 Kirstie commercials and then there is a coinstar commercial with Maggie (cliffs ex) where she plays a fairy... If you want to expand this topic, John Ratzenberger was the pitchman for the US Post Office a while back. I'm surprised a beer company hasn't had George Wendt selling their suds. George Wendt did a coors commercial in 1999. It was so funny. He was running across some grass and they were playin this annoring song. Then he gets tired and stops. Then u see a beer seller running up and hands George a beer. George: I think i' falling in love with you Vender: Thank you George: I was talking to the beer I printed out the commercial in stills and put it on my wall as a strip. George advertises this vita mix stuff now and appeared in an add with him next to this ice crusher and all these drinks. In the ad it said "And you thought I only drank beer". Actually Janice, George Wendt was the pitchman for Meister Brau beer back in the 80's. He did several commercials for them.
