Im seriously dying without my Dads CD player ever since I got my own car, and Im looking to get one. I have a wireless one and some other AC Adapter one, but yah they work for crap. The only kind I want is one put into my actual tape deck thing. Does anyone know how much they cost? I dont need some schmancy fancy thing.. I only want to play CD's.

You can buy cd decks for cars on ebay. You should check them out there.

They shouldn't cost too much. The price of CD players has gone down a lot in recent years.

We used to have a CD player in our car (actually we won't have the car anymore) but then one night somebody broke into our garage and stole it right out of our car!!:mad: I was mad, but then again for some reason we never really used it. We just always forgot we had one and just listened to the radio!

I have one of those ones where you put the tape in the tape player and the CD player somehow plays in there, um well I dont know how it works, or how much it costs. It's cool though :lol:

Well, Crystal, I think that if you want to put forth the effort to get a CD player in your car, you should go for something really nice. My sister's cost only $250, but she got free installation cuz we know a guy who does stuff like that. However, you can get a NICE, nearly skip-proof CD player for about $150, plus $25-$30 for installation. I'd do some price comparing before buying anything, though. Like I said, if you do something, don't do it half-@ssed. ;)

The CD player I bought for my car is a Sony, and it costs around $200.00

Thank you.:D Yah, I was talking to my Dad about it and he said I really should spend the extra money and get something nice. He said to look around stores and do some comparing so Ima probably bring him with me. Thank you.:D

Thats what we've got too! Then theres some wireless thing from Radio Shack. The tape one.. the wire broke, thats why I cant do it! Plus, in the long run just getting the CD would be better for me. Hassle Free!:D WOO WOO!
