I asked the same question yesterday, and I got an answer similar to this:

After you've registered, click on "TV Show Voting" and type in the name of the show in which you would like to vote for, and the (Genre, Decade, etc.) When you have done that, click "Search", then either place in check marks for "Seasons" "Best Of" or "Individual Episodes," and click "Update User Selections". So then, click the show title to see the status of that show to see how many people have voted for the show all together and how many voted for each choice (season sets, best of, etc), and its rank. You can't view an entire list of shows with their ranks. In order to see that status of a show you have to vote for it.
