lately there've been alot of debt free commercials and i was thinking... dont you have to pay a monthly bill when you watch tv?

Oh my God, I love that commericial board! I've lurked over there mostly, but I've posted a few times. Let me tell you, I've read some of the funniest stuff on that board. Shame the archives got wiped out. I'm glad I saved some of the posts that made me laugh the most.

Guess what? They have a section about disturbing commercials at the site, and one of the disturbing commercials was a father telling his daughter that she was "creamy." It was innocent, really, but someone found that slightly disturbing. Here is what they posted:


"They have the typical type of conversation that always goes on in these homespun-charm-cookie-making ads, talking about how "... rich & creamy" Toll House cookies are. Then the girls start pouting about wanting to be rich & creamy, too! So the father says to the one girl, "Okay, you're rich," then says to the other, "And you're creamy." Now I know it wasn't meant to be sexual, but a father calling his daughter "creamy" doesn't sound right. "
