Since we are approaching, in TVLand's schedule, the last season, I thought it would be "neat" to get some opinions on favorite episodes from that 6th Season. I'll wait before revealing a few of mine.

i like the silent treatment, even though i feel like beating up beaver for disrespecting his mom;)

Well, I've got a couple of minutes before I hit the sack, so here are a few of mine:

Beaver the Sheep Dog
The Party Spoiler
The Credit Card
Eddie's Sweater
Wally's Practical Joke

It's no coincidence that Eddie is in all these episodes, and Lumpy is in most of them. These guys just cracked me up in seasons 5 and 6. The expressions from Lumpy, and the cut ups from Eddie, were just incredibly funny.

B&W "I could have picked a bunch more from this season - easily my favorite" fan

Is The Party Spoiler the one where Beaver plays practical jokes on Wally's party? If so, that is one of my favorites because it is a great coming of age episode for all of the main characters.

Yes, that's the one. It's a great episode. I love how Eddie and Lumpy think Wally is responsible for the gags, and jump all over him. The cheese sandwich bit is funny, and the expressions from Lumpy while he's dancing and has to keep stopping as the record player goes on and off is priceless.

B&W "I'll say it again - those two guys make the last season as good as it is" fan

:D Some of my favorite episodes in the last season, was when wally bought his car, and the episode with uncle billy.

All the episodes in the last season flat-out stink. Everyone is bored, lazy and witless. (Especially the writers.) Obviously, everyone involved was sick of the show and wanted to move on, and boy! does it show.

How many days 'til they're back in that great old first house?

"Beaver's Autobiography" hasn't been mentioned yet. That one is funny, even though it is not one of JM's better efforts. The girl, Betsy, is really preparing to be a woman and what she'll do if she thinks a man she likes is only 'using' her :D .

My favorite episode from the last season is "Home Box Attraction", it's the one where Wally falls for this older girl that works at the movie theater. Wally and the girl end up going out on a date and the girl is totally not Wally's type, she drinks and smokes and starts making out with Wally in his car, much to Wally's surprise. The episode has a sad ending where Wally ends up going home early and things not working out with the girl. I guess she wasn't Wally's type. Cool episode though.

I also love the episode where Eddie gets a credit card. Eddie and a credit card just doesn't mix.

The last season has the best episodes I think. Wally gets a car and Beaver starts liking girls. Way cool.

Is the sheep dog ep the one where Wally cracks up at the dinner table? I think I laugh harder than Wally everytime that part comes on.

I believe so, bandito. It is a hilarious moment in the series, isn't it?!

Last night I saw "Eddie's Sweater", which was really funny. Everyone thought that Wally was secretly seeing Eddie's girlfriend and Wally ended up getting punched in the face by Eddie. I couldn't believe it!

I like Wally's Practical joke. I also like Lumpy's Scholarship, and the episode where Lumpy drives Wally's car up to the track meet, but decides to take the 'camel back cutoff' instead of the main road. That, coupled with Lump's fooling around while driving, causes them to break down.

If Beaver had gone to school with that hairdo, he would have gotten a new nickname: ALFALFA

I love the last season! I can watch those episodes over and over and still crack up. I never get tired of them!

I also love the last season because of the maturity of the story-lines and the full development of the charactors! However, isn't "Wally's Track Meet" in Season 5 and not Season 6?

Big fan of Season 6!

Favorite Episodes are:

Wally's Practical Joke
The Party Spoiler
The Poor Loser ('Good conflict between Beaver and Wally here!")
The Book Report
The All-Night Party

Yeah, that was the best one of the last season which basically stunk IMHO. Eddie and Lumpy were good though.
