View Full Version : Drew Carey or NewsRadio? BLT 07-07-2003, 12:57 PM Both are/were comedies regharding office politics and both had an aloof flavor in the comedy. I liked Drew Carey for a while, but I was always a die-hard NewsRadio fan. Phil Hartman did some of his best work on that show, as well as Stephen Root and the others. Drew Carey is still amusing, but it's just not as good. NewsRadio, on the other hand, ended while it was still good. The last season obviously had some problems, but they still managed make a few great episodes. Which is a few more than most sitcoms produce in a season.
