I thought Sue Ann over acted every line she spoke. She always had ridiculous facial expressions and almost always had her hands on her hips. Nancy was OK but got better in season two. Natalie definitely showed potential but wasn't really that great until season two when I thoght all the girls were very good actresses. The only other complaint I have is Cindy, she could NOT ACT!!I bet thats why she had almost no lines after that ep where Sue Ann and she have that fight about the running race. She was AWFUL in that! (You can tell I liked it when they all went away)

I agree with all your critiques about the first season acting(you left out molly). When you say nancy got better in season two are you talking about 80-81 when she was no longer a regular or the short season after the first four episodes? Cause i also thought Nancy blossomed after she was fired as a regular and brought back occasionally! the E special said she was the first girl to get the shaft which was a mistake since the writers never let her have the spotlight and wrote her character too shallow.

I didn't think Cindy was bad in that "running" episode. She was a very good actresss. She did her thing. But I do agree that Felice's character Nancy did get better during seasons 2 and 3. Much better thank God. I really hate to say this, but SueAnne did overact now that I look at the show. Even B4 I read this opening topic, I was making a copy of the "running" and "adoption" episode I taped off USA ntwk and noticed that SueAnne had her hands on her hips and did have those facial expressions.

Ugh! It hurts to say it but... but... but... Ms. Weaver(SueAnne) you went overboard every once in a while. Sueanne however never overacted when it came to insulting Blair. They looked like they were always ready to fight. You could feel that tension between them. She was good at times. SueAnne is one of my favorite first season girls.
