Why did Simon give her a 4.5 on personality? Was it cuz she wasnt showing enough personality, or that Simon thought she was mean and rude?

If I had my guess, it was probably because she wasn't as out-spoken as some of the others to begin with, but she came out of her shell by the end of the show!;) |
