I don't know if it was the exact one, but my brother had one that looked pretty close to it. No idea where he got it or where it is now though.

Is that the poster your brothe has, Ags2000?When I saw this a few months I didn't know if it is the same pic in just a differnt position. It's obviously not.

Is there a James Dean gallery in New York?I think there is.Maybe I can go there if it's not far.

If you use www.askjeeves.com , you can find a lot of pictures. That's how I found the site you mentioned.

Also, www.jamesdean.com is a good place.

The one I quoted, but I'm sure the one in your avatar is there too. They have literally every picture ever taken of him.

. . . . that "ElvisFonzieDean" posted. Thanks also for posting the link to jamesdean.com. They had a lot of nice pix there as well. I didn't see my all-time favorite picture of James Dean, though. I love the picture where he is walking in New York and it's kind of rainy and he is wearing a raincoat with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. I love that picture. But I can't seem to find it now online. I've been to the James Dean museum in Fairmount, Indiana a couple times. We tried to find his gravestone in the nearby cemetary but we couldn't find it. His grave is just like everybody else's there. Really was kind of thought-provoking to me, anyway. In other words, he went from being the most famous person in the world (one of a few anyway) one day and ended up in a grave no different from anyone else. Not trying to be morbid. It's just that it struck me that somebody could go from being one of the most famous people in the world and then ending up in a grave not any different from the "regular" people from a small town in Indiana. That aspect always fascinated me, I guess, because I expected his grave/marker to be much "fancier" and to stand out more. But it doesn't.

Signed,
Respectfully,
Dutch
