Out of the four most recent animated series' from FOX, which are/were your favorites? I think my choice is pretty self-explanatory. :p I also enjoy The Simpsons (The early years) and Family Guy.

It's better-animated and better-written than Family Guy (that show had pointless writing and inexpressive characters), has better characters than Futurama. "The Simpsons" was probably my favorite show from 1990 to 1995 or so, but it's pretty tepid now. And "King of the Hill"'s best seasons have just that much more emotional punch. I agree completely. Not to be mean-spirited or anything, but the fact that Family Guy and Futurama are getting more votes is symptamatic of the bigger problem with today's youth culture and what they consider good animation/comedy. I mean, I can see votes for The Simpsons (even though it too is highly overrated, IMHO), but there is just no way the other two shows can hold a candle to King of the Hill. That's just purely nuts. Both shows are great, but King of the Hill is kinda beating the Simpsons, because I can watch the same episode of King of the Hill over and over and not get bored. |
