no, we lost... last night was "dieting" and now they air the same episode at 4:00 (eastern time) am as they do 9:30 (eastern time)...

Yep, we get only one new episode which will be shown on 9:30pm and replayed at 4:30am Mon-Thur. On Friday we only get the 4:30 am timeslot.

The only good thing I can think of as far as this goes is that we have a VERY low chance of episodes being skipped for scheduling reasons. I'm not talking about the controversial ones, I'm talking about those times they decide to mess everything up and do things like that "Too Close to Call" mini-marathon thing they did when they skipped FOL, but still showed the regular really late-night schedule. So if anything like that ever happens, we'll still get the 4:30am replay and not miss anything. It's a small thing, but it's still sort of good. I miss when it was on at 8:30 and 10 and then BOTH episodes were replayed later.

ok so let me get this strait.the episode at 9:30 is repeated late at night. so they play 2 fol a night and both are the same episode?
