A few weeks ago I saw that N@N played a Billy episode from the final season. This has been the only episode from the final season that they have played. Even more strange is the fact that it was a CHRISTMAS episode. ... huh??? WHat is N@N doing. Why just one Random Billy episode like that? This series has like 100-something episodes and they only show like the same 20 episodes over and over. Obviously, N@N does have the rights to other seasons if they showed that one Billy episode. Damn, this is just as frustrating as when they had Diff'rent Strokes (they never played the 'controversial' ones) and Charles in Charge (they never showed the original family!!!).

The reason why "Viki's Torn Genes" airs in the Nick at Nite rotation is because TV Land and Nick at Nite acquired this one Christmas episode from the last season was so they could air the episode as part of TV Land's Merry-Thon.
