Hello.
I'm a huge fan of Dharma&Greg from Japan.
I'm wondering where is the
good place to meet fans who loves Dharma&Greg.

I'm really new to sitcoms online and want to trade or collect
some Dharma&Greg episodes in VHS.
(Our Video system is same in United States,,NTSC.)
But when I read other's post,no one rarely mentioned about
Dharma... :(

In my country,they're airing 5th season right now and
I have completed my season 1 and 2 and
some missing in season 3 and 4.
(4X21 'Pride and Prejudice' is never aired in Japan because of some restrictions.)

My have-D&G is just the same which aired in U.S. but have
no CC and it's Bilingual(Japanese,English).
But don't worry if someone in US want trade with me,
I can give you a English-only VHS.(without Japanese voices.)

Also,I want to collect any episodes in English with Closed Caption.(which aired in US.) to enjoy real D&G and brush up my English.

If you know somewhere that I can meet other Dharma Fans,
Please ,please tell me!

Don't underestimate your abilities or grasp of the language. As an ESOL (English Speaker of Other Language) your post was better than many who's 1st language is english

I am a fan of D&G also but I never taped the shows before. I wouldnt have anything to offer in trade & personally I am holding out for the DVD.

register (its free & spamless) & then you can request/submit your vote to have your favorite shows released to DVD. It works, Mad About you had an announcement that they were going to release their show to DVD within 6 or 8 months of us fans bombarding the voting area of their web site.

im a fan ok D&G but like ImKukie i havent taped any of the episodes. good luck in finding videos though.

I love the show too. It's a real riot. I watched it from the first episode & now watch the re-runs every Mon-Fri nite. They show 2 episodes at 1:30 am on Ch 8. I never thought to tape any... Good luck! :)

I'm in the process of taping the show right now. Though I don't realy think I would want to trade it away after I get it taped.

Sooner or later is will be released on DVD. It better. ;)
