I think the earlier petition was to try and get Nick at Nite to change the programming schedule for Wings.

I signed, was number 124. Keep 'em coming.

Wings NEEDS a DVD release. It's wrong that we're being made to wait so long for something that may never happen, but if we pile on the pressure they might give.

I just checked over at TVShowsOnDVD.Com and Wings is currently ranked:

31st for unreleased shows
50th overall

That doesn't sound too bad. Register and vote over there, they seem to have influence.

I would like to know based on other shows released on DVDs. At least how many votes does a show need in order to get it on DVD? This is Wings status as of today:

Unreleased Rank: 32nd
Overall Rank: 46th
Season Set: 1374 (98%)
Best of: 365 (26%)
Individual Episodes: 281 (20%)
Total Number of Voters: 1397

TV Shows on DVD (http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/) and Vote for Wings. I would also recommend choosing season sets for the DVD release if you haven't decided what you want.

Don't you think this is the right time for the release? Now, that Tony Shaloub also has a bunch of fans due to his new hit series Monk. I hope we could convince his fans to sign the petition. I just thought that maybe they would like to see him in another show before Monk. Hihihi! I know I would. That's how desperate I am to get the Wings on DVD.

More then likely they'll release it if for different reasons.

1. The actors are well in success today.
2. The show won alot of awards.
3. The ratings were well on tv.

Maybe after some of the actors come back to Television or in the actor's spotlight, they'll release it.

I heard Tim Daly is going to be on a show called "Eyes" premiering Fall Midseason 2004...

Well maybe they are just holding out for Wings until its in great demand. Think, companies still haven't release some other good shows that we on in the 90's. Like "Fresh Prince of Bell Air." If they released it, I'm gonna hurt someone.

Lets do all we can to get wings on Dvd in season sets! :)
