I saw that picture, too! It isn't Blair. Click on the picture and you can tell that's not Lisa. In "The Wrong Woman" Nancy costarred with some woman who had blonde hair, so that could very well be a capture from that movie. That's just a theory-I'm not sure because I haven't seen the movie yet. I'm 99.9% sure it isn't Blair though!

That picture is from the episode of Hitchhiker that Nancy starred in called "New Dawn" and I think the actress is Kim Cattrall. :)
