I always wear my seat belt. In Virginia, it's a law to wear it, but really, it's just common sense to wear it!!! ;)

Yeah, I always wear mine too. It is like common sense. everytime I get into the car, I don't think about it I just put it on!

Yeah I always wear my seat belt. Its about to become a law in Nebraska that you have to wear a seat belt at all times, or you will be fined.

I hate saying sometimes because whenever I'm driving I always have it on and almost all the time when I'm in passenger seat. Most of the time I do when I'm in the back too but sometimes I don't. But for the most part, YES, I do wear my seatbelt.

I'm a little surprised so far, because where I live, I sometimes glance in people's cars on the road and I cannot believe how many people I see who are not wearing seatbelts. It just makes me want to yell out to them and say "Put your seatbelt on!!!" Come one, it's not that hard to just put it on!

Sometimes... usually I'll freak out having it on because of my obsessive-compulsive disorder. but let's not get into that.

When I drive, without a doubt. But the one in my mothers car in front broke (Amanda pulled it too far out) and now its so tight. I hate wearing it because it chokes me, so sometimes I wont. But other than that, yes. New Hampshire is the "Live Free Or Die", so once you turn 18, you dont have to wear one. Few years back, it was 12.

When I drive...let me rephrase that. Every 5 months when my parents let me drive, I wear mine. And when I remember, I do.

I'll wear it all the time, when I get my liscense. I used to have a countdown. lol

I never wore my seatbelt, unless I was in the car with my grandmother. I would wear it because it made her feel better I guess. But now I do whenever I get into a car because I feel like she's watching me so I wear one. I guess to protect myself in case of an accident and to make her happy.

Yeah, she um passed away a few months after I graduated high school. Doesn't mean she's actually gone though, I can feel her presence. She's there watching me and sometimes popping into my dreams to chat. We were really close.

Yes, I always wear my seatbelt. It's become a habit for me every time I get in the car. In my state, they now have a new law that if you're caught driving without a seatbelt, you get a seperate ticket just for that offense.

Mijada

I always wear it when I'm driving or a passenger. Even if it wasn't the law here I would still always wear it. I feel very unsafe not having it on.

I always wear it.

What is the point in taking chances?

There are already way too many things out of your control that can threaten your life.

This precaution is a no-brainer.

Janice

Until six years ago, I would wear it about 50% of the time. I was stupid about it.
Then Princess Diana died. It dawned on me that, of the four passengers in that car, the only person who survived the crash was wearing his seatbelt--and he was in the so-called 'death seat'--front passenger.
Since then, I wear my seatbelt if I've driving around the corner.

Yeah, dreams can be a way to connect with the dead. Or at least I hope so and it's not dreams because I miss her. Dreams are still pretty unknown, but who knows maybe it really is a way to keep in touch with those you've lost as well as intuition towards the future and things from the past we may or may not have remembered experiencing. As in things that could've happened in a past life that we get a familiar feeling when we think about it, but can't quite remember why it seems so familiar.

I always do. Like someone else said, it's common sense. I just thought of a saying. Wear your seatbelt while driving your street car or get thrown on the street.

Yeah, it sucks. :p But, it could be a good way to help people remember to put on their seat belt.

Always. Luckily, I've made it a habit. I read there's like a 5th or an 8th of a chance you'll get thrown and die as opposed to-- I don't know, actually. Alls I know is, it decreases your chances. Also, I have enormous respect for policemen, so I don't want to tick them off; I want them to not waste their time on me with a seatbelt ticket when they could be going after lowlife (Shutup, everyone who hates me ;) ) .

I just don't even think about it, I just always do it when I get into the car. However, in VA you can't be stopped for not wearing one unless you are stopped for another penalty. I don't think it should be a ticket for not wearing it unless it is children.

I only wear mine if I am leaving my cul-de-sac. If I am just moving my car to let another person out of the driveway, I don't usually wear it.

It's like that for me too. I might be moving my car from the driveway and back into the street, and I will still put it on. I mean knowing my luck, someone would slam into me or something.

Over the years, I've developed this automatic habit of grabbing the seatbelt to bring it around to buckle as I first get in the car (I'll grab the belt getting in, and as I sit down, click. One big, sweeping, automatic motion.

Always -- well, 98% of the time. It's been a habit ever since i was little. Sometimes if it's in the neighborhood I won't wear it (or i'll unbuckle if i already have by habit), and when I'm on dirt roads I don't.
