Well there seem to be that it said "you're not authorized to this page" so will it return in the future?

My guess is that the server just might be down or something. I know the webmaster is busy with other things and doesn't update much but I can't see him just closing down the website without any explanation or notice.

Today, it's back, the way it was before. No mention of the site being down.
