I bought the DVD for the second season today and noticed one thing in one particular episode. In the Episode "Watts Side Story" there is a scene that freezes for 7 seconds and then continues. That was the only episode that happened in. The funny thing is i thought it was a defect and returned the DVD to Tower Records. I then brought home the replacement DVD and it's still that same freeze scene for 7 seconds in the same episode-Watts Side Story. Is this the same thing everyone else sees who has the 2nd season?

I'm guessing it's the same on every DVD because i went back and replaced the DVD and the freeze was in the same spot and same episode.

Mine doesnt do it either... whether or not your DVD player freezes at that point of the eposide depends on the quality of your player. Not all DVD players are created equal!! A $59.95 DVD player is NOT going to perform like a $199.00 player... otherwise they'd ALL be $59.95! You can expect the same problems if your using your PS2 as your DVD player.
These discs are produced in "dual-layer" format which will cause a slight freeze when the laser eye jumps from the end of the disc back to the beginning while playing a scene.... most higher end and Progressive scan DVD players handle dual layer DVD's without the freeze.

My DVD player is a Pioneer DV-F727 301 DVD changer and I bought my season 2 set at Wal-Mart the day it was released back in February I think.
