The Lifetime Television Network (www.lifetimetv.com) does a show called "Intimate Portrait." Basically, it's just like the show "Biography," but the subject is always a woman. It's hosted by Meredith Vierra (from "The View"), and they do an hour long program of one person.

All the hype on the channel is because next Friday, 1/5, at 7:00pm eastern (I believe), the subject is Nancy McKeon. They have been showing commercials promoting the show, which is leading into McKeon's new show (also on Lifetime) called "The Division."

So, turn your TV to Lifetime, and keep your eyes open for some Nancy McKeon stuff.

80's Sitcoms Rock!!

Actually, according to the Lifetime website, Nancy's intimate portrait is narrated by Valerie Harper. There seems to be a different narrator for most of them.

Slightly related, I saw Cybil Sheperd's Intimate Portrait last week, and it was hosted by Cloris Leachman.
