To the (hopefully) open-minded out there;
there are strange beliefs people have; ghosts, UFO, time travel, astral projection- does anyone out here have belief in anything that may be odd, or does anyone practise something odd? The reason I'm asking is cos I started searching time travel on the internet, and am reading lots about it- and astral projection (out of body experiences- meditating and travelling out of your body going anywhere) and some people even made machines for astral projection- I also found a site www.futurehorizons.net that has inventions (jet packs, supersonic transmittors, lazers) and you can buy the plans- or sometimes the product...
so- any of you unorthodoxy?

I believe in anything that cant be proven false- ghosts, UFO's, etc.

Im also a big believer and jinxing myself. I never say never, because then I feel I just jinxed myself. (Ex. "I've never been in a car accident", "I've never had a cavity." Instead I say- I havent been in car accident yet, etc. Im really weird when it comes to jinxing.

Let's just say, I believe that anything is possible :)

I believe in ghosts. I've never seen one but I believe they exist.

I believe in Telepathy Not so much Telekinesis (the ability to move thing with your mind) but more like being able to "connect" to someone when they arent with you,Sixth Sense, premonitions
and that sort of thing

I've been reading about an invention- there's lots of articles everywhere- I'm wondering if he's a real good hoaxer or genuine. anyway- he has pictures of the machine, you can buy a machine- it uses magnets, rubbing plates and electromagnetic coils placed at the third eye to cure people- yet supposedly if your on a natural grid (I'm not sure what it is- something mystical- but there's one somehwere in canada) you can mentally time travel (like floating out of your body) and claims some people have emailed him saying they used it and physically time-travelled. Somewhere else someone posts plans on building a time-flux-osciallator, which can be directed at something and makes it travel in time, though it's dangerous to use on yourself- It thins time flux (almost like in cartoons where they draw a ring in the ground, lift it and jump in) it's all weird- but I believe time travel's possible, but am not sure if it's already been done. i wanna practise this out of body meditating maybe- just to see if mental travel could work...

i beleive in spirits and also super-human abilities (like telekinisis, telepathy etc.), i also beleive in demonic posession, but i beleive they only happen to like 1 in a million people.

I don't believe in Ghosts,Spirits,Witches,telekinisis And all of those other things that some people believe in.

But i do believe in the devil and he is the thing that scares me the most!

i believe in ghosts cuz theyve been proven to be real...

i believe in ESP cuz i have it and i think telekinesis is real. im working on moving objects w/ my mind but i havent moved anything yet, but it takes alot of practice.

I believe in ghosts,witches, UFOs, astral projection. Anything is possible.

I believe in a lot of paranormal things.

I believe in aliens, although not necessarily that they're here. I think that ESP might be possible. I think that clairvoyance might too, although I believe that if it exists, it is explainable by science. I have some ideas about how clairvoyance might work, if it exists.

which reminds me what happened back on September 11th 2002 when that day after it had been 1 year since the attacks... One of the lotto drawings that day in New York were 9-1-1.... Their have also been other examples where a lot of people focused on something with their mind and it happened... (Like telekinesis) Was the 9-1-1 Lotto numbers because of everyone thinking about how it had been 1 year and such since the attacks? Who knows

I wouldn't really list Aliens and UFO's under "odd beliefs." If you believe in evolution, you can certainly believe that life has evolved on other planets, in other galaxies.

I believe in ghosts, UFO's, ESP, etc. Sure, you can't prove they exist, but you can't prove they don't either. That's what makes them so interesting, to me anyway.

Good point... Im sure over half of america believes they are for real...

i believe in ghosts, ufos, elfs, mermaids, fairies, ESP, witches, astral projection basically anything.

i dont think me or my beliefs are weird, but because of my religion and of the town i live in people think i am weird.
