Just a random thought...
Isn't it funny that a big fuss wasn't made over the plot of this movie during it's original release? Especially considering the movie was released just after Lucy's divorce from Desi, and all of the rumors that had circulated about Desi in the "rags" of the day.
A real "taboo" subject for that time IMO.
