Bobby Hill was learning how to fight bullies in school, and he kicked the bullies in the crotch, which got Bobby in trouble. Hank got mad, then taught Bobby how to kick someone ABOVE the belt, not below the belt, right? Then Bobby kicked hank in the crotch, which mad Hank go mad enough to take away Bobby's handheld "vid'ya game".

It sounds like "Bobby Goes Nuts." I haven't seen it but I found it at TV Tome.

i have seen that episode at least twice but i never knew the name its a good episode
