-DISCLAIMER-
Due to parents not knowing how to use a tape recorded I did not see "FULL MOON" so I dont know how things were left between Teddy and Jinny (although awhile back Jeanie gave me a good summary:) ) my fic is starting with the events afterwards but my own spin, and I do not own any of the characters....btw I havent wrote a fic for a while so bare with me! (meaning if it sucks...lol)


Teddy awoke to the sound of his alarm clock and hit the 'snooze' button. He was half-surprised to find the other side of his bed occupied by a brunette. He pushed her hair behind her ear and whispered, "Jinny." Jinny rolled over to face Teddy, opened her eyes and ran her hand through his hair and said, "Morning." Teddy kissed the top of her head and said, "Come on, we have to get up for work." Jinny streached her arms and asked, "What time is?" "7:00, I am going to cook some breakfast, how do eggs sound?" Teddy replied. To that Jinny responded, "I love man who can cook" and lazily got out of bed.

After the two had finished there breakfast, Jinny got gathered her things and got dressed. She kissed Teddy goodbye and told him that she was going back to her apartment and that she would see him at work. When she got back to her apartment the red-light on her answering machine was flashing, indicating she had a few messages. She pushed play to hear them

"Hey Jinny its me Magda, I told you I would give you a call"...and her voiced trailed off...the next messaged played and "hey Jin its me Mag again, its really late and you aren't picking up your cell..I am worried..are you okay? Well, I am sure you are...I just talk to you tomorrow..."

Shortly after Jinny arrived to work and Magda spotted her in the parking lot and said, "Where were you las night?"

Jinny grinned a little and shook her head in response to her partners question. Magda gave her a look as she waited for a response. Jinny shrugged her shoulders and intending not to say anymore then she had to, "I was out..." Magda didn't buy it for a second and responded "Out? All night....where??" Jinny gave a muffled reply, "I was with Teddy..." Magda could not help herself but grin a little knowning that Jinny was so upset after they had broken things off earlier in the year. The puertorican nudged her partner in the hips hoping to get a few more details then "I was with Teddy..." Yet Jinny choose to ignore it and continue to walk to their division.

When Jinny and Magda walked into their office they noticed Raina, CD, and Nate all sitting at their desks talking causally. They looked up and said "Hey Jinny...hey Magda" Jinny and Magda glanced up and said "Morning." Less then a minute later their Captain came out of her office and said, "Alright cases...Jinny-Magda there is a rape case, 15 year old, shes in the hospital, no witnesses, no good evidence...you know the usual..shes down at Johnson Memorial hospital...Nate/CD man was found down at the bay, He had some ID's on him..." and her voiced trailed off from there.

As Jinny and Magda waited for the elevator Magda spotted Teddy and waved to him. He walked over and then said to Jinny, "Hey...uhhh...can we talk for a minute..." Jinny responded, "Sure..." Magda took a hint and spotted Nora and started talking to her. Teddy looked up into Jinny's eyes and said, "We really need to talk about last night...I mean...it was great..you were great...but..."

You were thinking you should write a great story again. Good idea. As for where you left it. Can I say that wasn't nice, do you like giving people heart failure? I know what will fix it. POST MORE now...

ill add more in a litte bit I guess...I dunno *shrugs* I got magazine in the mail so I have to read that and eat...but I mean I dont think I will be able to add more before work, but I will after (which is like 10 at night for those who care :( )

Teddy continued as he stammered out "I really like you....I mean I love you but- I just can't do this again...so what I sleep with you and everythings fixed? I can't let myself be hurt like that again...I am leaving Jinny...I am going to Boston maybe if I go far enough away I can get you out of my head..-

"so what? you sleep with me and then you just leave me?"

"Don't make it sound like th-"

"Well how do you want me to make it sound, what was it Teddy? A good-bye present?"

"Jinny I love you but-

"How can you say that? How can you look me in the eyes and tell me that you love me and just leave for Boston? What do I mean to you Teddy? Apparently not a lot for you to hurt me like you did..I hope you got a one way ticket...forget you know what? Just forget Teddy...forget last night since it means nothing to you! Have a nice flight..

"Jinny wait!"

Jinny ignored him and walked to Magda and Nora and cooly said, "Hey Mag, lets go..." Magda and Nora exchanged glances has Jinny walked to the exit. Magda yelled after Jinny but she did not respond. Mag finally caught up to Jinny and asked, "What the hell just happened...?"

"Just forget it Mag" the brunette said as she made her way to her car in a huff. Magda looked at Jinny and said, "Theres no way you are driving give me the keys..." Jinny shot her a look and responded, "Mag, I am not drunk, a little pissed off, but I am sober, so I think I can drive..."Magda let out a sigh as they quickly sped out of the parking lot

"So do you wanna-" Magda began but was quickly cut off by Jinny; "Wanna talk about what? having the best night and actually enjoying myself for once truly, to then find out that the one person I could see myself growing old with is going across country to get away from me...which part do you want to talk about?"

"Hunny, it will be alright, Teddy doesn't know what he is leaving, once he realizes it, he will be back in a heartbeat.."

"Yah, okay...God what a dick"

The remainder of the car ride was in silence. Every so often Magda would glance over at her partner, and hope that she would get a look that she would be okay because Magda knew that Jinny's feelings for Theodore ran deeper then any guy she had sleep with before in the past and whether she admited it to anyone, Magda knew how to read her bestfriends mind.

They pulled into the hospital parking lot and Magda pointed out a parking space to her partner, Jinny turned the wheel and quickly pulled into the space. She put of the barks somewhat hard which gave her partner a jolt which made her say, "Gezze, you may have been a better driver when you were drunk..."

The two walked into the hospital and went to the main desk. Magda cleared her throat and the women from the desk looked up and with a fake smile said, "How may I help you today M'am?"
"We are here to see a girl, Karly Stevens, we have a few questions we need to ask her..." and with that both of them flashed their badges...The lady at the desk said in the same dull tone, "You are not allowed to visit her yet, visiting hours have not started." Jinny shot her a look and said, "Maybe my partner worded the question wrong, what room is she in?"

"M'am....-"

"What didnt you see the badges?"

"She is in room 306..."

"Thank you very much, that is all we were looking for, have a great day..." and then mutters "jackass..."

*Chants* more...more...more...more...more...*starts quietly and then gets louder like in the corny movies*

*stands up and starts to clap slowly* *person across the room stands and starts to clap also, slowly* *person in the front of the room starts to clap also, slowly* *whole audience breaks out into wild uncontrollable applause*
