3:00PM Father Knows Best #46 – The House Painter
When Betty Anderson tells her father that her class at school has agreed that all people's actions are motivated by selfishness, Jim points to elderly Shively Everett, to prove his point, Jim tells Everett he is selling the house and asks him to use cheap paint. Jim is crushed when Everett agrees to do so, Little does Jim realize that he has impressed Everett as being a dishonest character. Everett counsels Margaret and the children much to their bewilderment - on the value of integrity.
3:30PM Dennis The Menace #41 – Paint-Up, Clean-Up Week
Appointed chairman of his block for a Clean-Up Week drive, Mr. Wilson determines to win first prize for the best showing. Shortly after Wilson finishes painting his back yard furniture, Dennis and Tommy hear Wilson comment that the unsightly condition of Dennis' tree house will be his undoing. Immediately, Dennis and Tommy start cleaning the tree house; they finish their job by raising a small American flag on top.
4:00PM Dick Van Dyke #53 – Give Me Your Walls!
Rob accidentally marks the living room wall with pen ink. First he tries to clean it off but ends up smearing it and making more of a mess. Next he tries to paint over it but runs out of paint before the entire wall was finished. The Petries hire Vito Giotto (Master Painter of Rome, Florence, and Brooklyn) to paint the wall. After five days Vito still has not painted the one wall he was hired for. Rob and Laura begin to suspect that Vito is purposely staying longer so that he can charge them an obscene amount of money for the job. Vito finally paints the wall and charges The Petries a reasonable rate. As a bonus, Vito comes back to the Petries' home and puts on a show for Ritchie and his little pals.
4:30PM Leave It To Beaver #57 – The Garage Painters
After the boys agree to paint the garage door, the only one who actually gets paint poured all over him is little Benjie Bellamy. Mrs. Bellamy becomes horrified when she sees her son, and Ward ends up calling her and apologizing for the incident.

The Riddler uses a trumped-up lawsuit to try to unmask Batman in court. Batman is forced to break the law himself, and Robin ends up in the master-fiend's evil clutches. Watch for the latest dance craze: the Batusi!
3:30PM Batman #2 – Smack In the Middle Pt. 2
The Riddler tries to lure Batman into a trap using Robin as the bait.
4:00PM Batman #31 – Death In Slow Motion Pt. 1
Disguised as Charlie Chaplin, Riddler strikes the box office of a silent film showing. Following his riddles leads Batman and Robin to the scene of his next robbery, a bakery payroll, where the Riddler and his gang are disguised as a location film shoot. After taking out the dynamic duo outside they're third target, the Baker Street branch of the public library, the Riddler and his film crew crash a party. Spiking the punch with a Temper Tonic turns the whole party into a brawl, leaves Batman confused, and allows the gang to escape with boy wonder as their hostage.
4:30PM Batman #32 – The Riddler’s False Notion Pt. 2
With Robin as the Riddler's captive, Batman rushes to the lumber yard after deciphering yet another riddle. Seeing the Boy Wonder sawed in half makes Batman break down with grief until he realizes that the real victim was only a wooden dummy. The Riddler escapes, but Batman captures a hostage of his own, the Riddler's moll, Pauline. After taking her back to the Batcave, The Caped Crusader gets her to confess a riddle that leads him to the Chessman Building. Batman narrowly saves Robin before solving a skywritten riddle that leads them to the house of a silent film producer. Batman and Robin stop the Riddler from stealing a priceless silent film collection and send him to jail.

Unfortunately, the program airs but pre-empts Alan's segment with a flooded subway story. Millie frantically shows up at the Petrie's home and tells Laura that she already mailed the 14 letters.
