TVFactFan 06-26-2003, 06:17 PM Just wondering can I buy sitcoms on DVD ar any other store besides Best BUy because I don't live near Best buy and it's hard to get to. Sean Snow 06-26-2003, 06:41 PM In the city I live in, Circuit City and Barnes & Nobels both carry a large variety of TV show DVDs. That could be different for other areas, but around here they do. fr00ti 06-26-2003, 06:55 PM Target has em'. I found out that Walmart only sells shows on DVD on their website, not their stores. Sean Snow 06-26-2003, 07:16 PM Originally posted by Sitcom Analyzer I found out that Walmart only sells shows on DVD on their website, not their stores. I think it depends on the store. Some will carry them, some won't. I've seen a few shows at my Wal-Mart - such as The Jeffersons and Sanford & Son. The same goes for other stores. Unwanted Angel 06-26-2003, 07:21 PM Our Wal-Mart carries, All in the family, The jeffersons, Married with Children and a few other ones. Mijada 06-26-2003, 07:33 PM You could go to Mediaplay but they are kind of expensive. I only go there because it is close to my house. Have you tried ordering the stuff you want online? You might have better luck. *PinkLady* 06-26-2003, 07:36 PM Originally posted by Sitcom Analyzer I found out that Walmart only sells shows on DVD on their website, not their stores. That's about the stupidest thing I ever heard. There's about 5 Wal-Marts in my area, and every single one of them sells at least one show on DVD. I don't want to buy them online because I work during the day and most online orders are delivered through UPS and i'm not home to get it. So that's why I wanted to buy them from stores instead of online. TVFactFan 06-26-2003, 07:40 PM Originally posted by *~PinkLady59~* That's about the stupidest thing I ever heard. I live in a apt building that has a Front door that the UPS person can't get through without a key. So all they do is leave the UPS slip on the OUTSIDE of the door because they can't leave the package on the outside. It probably depends on how old and big they are... The one here is huge and it's less than a year old so they have a big DVD section. *shrug* Sorry that I couldn't be of help to you.
