Who agrees that Joyce should have her own new sitcom? I mean Suzanne followed up TC with "Step by Step" and John is doing fanatastic on "8 Simple Rules" I think Joyce deserves her own comeback sitcom! If she had one, what would it be about? I'd like her to be in a "Mary Hartman Mary Hartman" like show. She could be the star as a midwestern woman who endures many problems and hardships. I think it'd be great...

I agree with you 100% JT, It would be so cool to see Joyce in her own Sitcom. Maybe in the future....?

I hope in her sitcom she stays single, cause i get jealous when i see her with someone other then me.

She could be in a Dick Van Dyke like show where she is married with someone and she's a dancer like Laura was. Also since she has experience with physical comedy from TC it could also be like I Love Lucy. But then again since she'd be with someone, you wouldn't like that....but it's still a good idea.

Joyce DeWitt isn't thought of as being naturally funny and therefore may have a difficult time pulling off a leading role in her own sitcom. She'll need either a strong ensemble cast or an appealing, funny co-star.

Joyce played an important role in Three's Company -- the show simply wouldn't have been the same w/out her. However, since she doesn't have the strong name recognition and is probably underrated by those who can make it happen, I doubt she'll get her own show.

I would love to see her again on TV though. Even a special guest appearance on "8 Simple Rules" would be awesome.

Ritter had his own sitcom because he was funny, Somers got her own sitcom because she was attractive. Joyce Dewitt is neither funny or attractive. Just an average looking woman who does not generate laughs. So the chances of Dewitt getting her own show is ZERO-lol

Joyce is a very funny person and she is beyond attractive, SHES BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY WAY! And she makes me and other people laugh because she was very funny on TC. How dare you say she'll never get her own show? Are you God? Are you psycic?

I think Joyce is beautiful! I think she has the potential to do like I said a Dick Van Dyke like show since she danced in TC and she could cross that over. Also Sitcom Analyzer has his own opinions but he shouldn't have said them with TATUGirl18 on this board. LOL. Joyce should have a sitcom soon but thats only if she thinks she can deal with the sitcom world again.

i also think joyce should get her own sitcom

while i think it would be cool to see joyce in a new sitcom, shes stayed out of the limelight for a reason. maybe shes afraid the same thing will happen with new castmates that happened in tc. or it could be that after 20-some years, shes feeling peace in her life and doesnt need a sitcom to prove it. but we do miss her.

OK, Janet just never made me laugh so i can just say she was not funny to no one. But i don't thnk it has nothing to do with janet because females never make me laugh. Please don't attack-LOL But yeah i have not seen a female yet who made me laugh. Also i always thought janet was cute until the last season. Did you notice the change in her face? I eventually found out she had nose surgery and that's why her face looked different in season 8 from all the other seasons

I think it would be nice if Joyce got her show. Since comedy is not her biggest strength, maybe she could star in a drama like The Practice, American Dreams or Providence.
She would also be perfect for TV movies, the ones seen on Lifetime and those type of channels.

I agree, It is sad that Joyce dropped out of the acting scence for 20 plus years. She was a wonderful actress (And beautiful, It should be considered a sin to be that beautiful. ;))
