Finally, a biography I could watch.

According to the July Biography Magazine, Betty White's biography is scheduled to be shown on A&E Biography on July 15.

Can't wait.

Is this the first run of the show? I don't think I've seen it before.

Yeah, I will be watching it too. But are they going to do one on Rue and Bea too?

I pretty much doubt that they will do one on Estelle since she's so sick. Did Rue, Bea, and Estelle already have one?

Answering Jayman's question, I am pretty sure it is the first run, because I watch Biography pretty regularly, and I have never seen it before either. I have seen repeats of other biographies.

It's about time. I've always wondered why Betty and Bea never had a biography done on them.

Answering IamGGfan's questions, none of the girls had a biography on them, that I know of, but I would not expect one for either Rue or Estelle.

Why wouldn't you expect one for Rue? I understand about Estelle, I just don't know what's wrong with Rue that you wouldn't expect one of. She's not sick anymore of breast cancer. She's healthy again.

From different things I have seen and heard, Bea Arthur is not one to relive the past. I think Lifetime had to do a lot of persuading for her Intimate Portrait. Bea didn't want to do a Maude reunion, nor a true "reunion" for TGG. So, I assume that she won't be a contender for a Biography show.

Betty has a great history, so I'm sure it will be full of stuff.

It is too bad about Bea Arthur not being interested in these type of shows. I kind of figured that might be the case. Wasn't she the last one to have the IP done on her?

Answering IamGG question, Estelles/Rue's health is not the reason, that I do not expect a biography about them.

Rue is not as well known as Betty or Bea. Betty and Bea were already famous before GG.

But, another way of looking at it, fringe celebrities (Puff Daddy, Prince Harry) have had biographies, and Rue's would be more interesting than some of the biographies that they do show us.

I don't know about that comment about Bea "not wanting to relive the past." She just did a one-woman Broadway show which was all about her and her experiences. It couldn't be more of a "re-living."

Me too, except that I was shocked that Rue didn't speak very much, but I was happy about it too. I was surprised they mentioned the movie she was in earlier this year in theaters.

I enjoyed it. I got out of it what I was looking for, info on her earlier life.

I watched it occasionally. I love the part where Betty White was a game player. I love "Password's" Allen Ludden which he was married to Betty until his death in 1981. Did "Biography" doesn't show a clip of one of his last game show was a host on "Password Plus"? That's a shame!

I love the clips from "The Golden Girls" and also some clips from this year's film "Bringing Down the House" with Steve Martin (doing the "King Tut") and rap singer, Queen Latifah. That's the one I saw. I taped it since Tuesday.

This is very entertaining!
