 Nah...not Debra...it wasn't her fault. Here's the story from today's IMDb.com newswire:

http://us.imdb.com/PeopleNews/#2 (http://)

Debra Messing's Denim Mishap

Will & Grace beauty Debra Messing risked sparking another Hollywood shoplifting scandal - when she mistakenly walked out of a posh store with a pair of pricey jeans she'd forgotten to pay for. The actress was shopping at Beverly Hills' Saks Fifth Avenue - the same store where Girl, Interrupted star Winona Ryder was caught stealing goods - where she took a shine to a $370 pair of jeans. But a staff error caused Messing to leave the store without paying for the denim item. A source explains, "The clerk who waited on Debra was so excited by the sight of his favorite sitcom star that he forgot to charge her for one of the items she selected. Debra realized the mistake when she got home and looked at the receipt." The honest actress quickly phoned the store from her home and arranged for the store to charge her account.

It's really good to hear when a star is honest and not just all the bad stuff. :D

See, there are honest people out in the world these days. That was so commendable of her to look at the receipt, realize that the store didn't charge her for the boots, and immediately call them to charge it on her account so they could be paid for. :)

We need more honest people like her.

awww...bless! That is soooo cute! It's good to know some people are really lovely like that. My other fave females would do that also, I know they would.

Gillian Anderson, Annabeth Gish & Megan Mullally.
