same here.. some people just need to chill out...

yeah.. it gets old after a while.. but the thing that really annoys me are people who say they know EVERYTHING about Lizzie McGuire, but then know nothing at all except that Adam Lamberg is cute. Oh man, that annoys me.. especially when they try and argue you down saying that Hilary Duff didnt like the Lizzie McGuire show anymore and wanted to move on to other things.

LOL I hear ya... I am a huge Katharine Hepburn &Lucille Ball fan.. and I know some people that think they know everything about them. Course there is this one girl that is a fan of Kate but knows hardley anything about her. LOL But thinks she does because she lives near saybrook ( where Kate lives).

I think I know a lot concerning the show.. but NOT everything. But most of what the public knows

LOL oh i know!! its weird though she calls herself a fan and cant tell the difference between Adams Rib ( a movie) and Woman of the Year ( another movie both starring Katharine Hepburn and Spencer Tracey. LOL). I can even tell them apart and havent even seen woty yet. I am sure you know alot about Lizzie though ;).

Thanks for posting the article...although I don't know how it proves that Hilary's decision not to do Lizzie had nothing to do with money. I mean, of course she's not going to say it was about money, who would want that bad PR?

Why Hilary decided not to do the show is probably known only to those close to her, but I guess all that matter is that the bottom line is that (unless there's a rapid change of events) there will be no more Lizzie McGuire franchise. :(

Hilary said she didn't do Lizzie for the money, and she didn't quit because she hated her character and the show, she's given up negotiations because it's all a matter of respect now. Disney said some mean things to Lizzie and her family, and that's where negotiations ended. I'm sick of people saying that she quit because it wasn't enough money or she didn't want to do it anymore! :mad:

I dont know.. All I know is, I wish they had more Lizzie McGuire

Yeah, but...I guess what I'm saying is how do you know that for sure? I mean, do you personally know Hilary? Besides, Disney said "mean things" about her family after contract negotiations ended, or at least that's my understanding. All I'm saying is that of course she's not going to say that she would only work for a certain amount of money because she's greedy, saying that would be the death of her career. However, that could be very well be the case (although it would most likely be her agent that would be the greedy one, since I don't think Hilary makes all her business decisions since she's only 15).

I dont thnk any of us will ever know the truth... but, all we can do is take Hilarys word for it.. but.. we never know

I guess you're right HDFanLiz. But I do believe that Hilary didn't do it for the money. She doesn't seem like that kind of person to me.
