It's supposed to be good. onefortheroad 06-24-2003, 12:56 PM im gunna check it out, it looks funny Little 06-24-2003, 10:33 PM I just saw a new promo. Sounds good. :) Valma 06-27-2003, 07:54 AM I'm not a big cartoon person (even as a child), but I do like the Simpsons and I was hoping for something "clever" like that with this show. The promos were funny and slickly done, so it did look promising. I have to say I wasn't overwhelmed by what I saw, but it wasn't all bad either. I found that K.G. was excellent - his voice smooth as silk, quiet (yet very biting) and definitely not "Frasier". All *his* lines were well written, but the other characters were just plain irritating (both in tone of voice and in the content of their dialogue). It was strange - everytime Gary opened his little "rat bastard" mouth something golden fell out; everytime one of the other characters spoke it was like hunks of gravel flying about. I have never experienced such a shocking divide in characterisations in one programme before. And although Grammer deserves most of the credit for making each line come out so beautifully, I have a sneaking suspicion that he could be also responsible for the "lacking" of worthy lines in the of characters (it is like the writers put all their effort into making Grammer ("The Star"!!) look good and it left nothing for anyone else - something Grammer has personally *not* allowed to happen on Frasier). Occasionally I found myself laughing out loud, but most of the show I was merely "gawking" at it. The actual animation was crude and reminded me very much of the Japanese style that seems to be so popular now (yuck!). I certainly wasn't impressed enough to recommend it to anyone, but I will give it few more chances. Also I'm keeping a lookout for the episode that has DHP and John M. as guest stars in the role of KKKlan members (now there's a *switch* from "Frasier"!). ;-) CarJackSnyder 07-06-2003, 04:58 PM OMG i LOVE that show it is awsome!!!!!!!!!!
