i thought michael pearlman did a great job on the show but i just thought buddy was more funny and the show was as a whole was better....can someone fully explain what syndication is? like first run syndication? i know when a show is syndicated its sold to networks is there more to that? anyone who knows please answer

First-run syndication means that the show never aired on a major network. As the series was being produced, it was sold to various stations across the country, who could show it any time they wanted. (As opposed to network shows which air at pretty much the same time everywhere in the USA).
