Police officers think that just because they have a badge that they can do whatever they want whenver they want.

If I was Valerie Mueller, I would sue that officer for everything he got and then I would put him under the jail.

yea ;) exactly...but that is so sad...:(

I hate this... last year a similar case happened when a dog ran from the family home onto a road, with the cops outside- so the cops shot it. There was a petition against it on petitionsonline- a hell of alot of people signed it- it was one of the most active. I hope these officers get put in jail, instead of going easy on them and just taking away their pay for a week. It all makes me so sad to here cruel things happening to animals:(

OMG. That pisses me off in so many ways. I hope that officer is stripped of her badge and is sued big time. Threatened by a cocker spaniel?!? I doubt it. I bet the power of authority took over her. I hope that cop loses her badge. Come on, it's a cocker spaniel for crying out loud! This just really outrages me. If that happened to my dog, I would make sure the cop gets his or her ass prosecuted so hard that not even a team of Perry Mason and Ben Matlock would get that person off the hook. That's just plain abuse of the badge IMO.

it got hit by a truck, and then a cop came and it WASN'T DEAD, but he shot it in the head, then put its body in a bag, and stuffed it in a freezer, and some one came to take it, and when they opened the freezer the dog was sitting up inside the bag alive? lol, i was so happy! :lol:

That is totally messed up. I swear, if someone ever harmed one of my animals they'd be walking around with a few missing fingers. My animals are like my children, and if you f*ck with my children then, you are f*cking with me!
