how about storylines....the one particulare storyline that stands in my head is the one when Tisha Campbell had guest starred and it turned that her character had AIDS. That was a really good episode. It was around that time when I think HIV/AIDS were only known as the "gay man disease." It was a really touching episode.

Yeah, I remember that episode! I think I used to have it on tape, but I haven't seen it in years. It was really a poignant episode. I hadn't seen any other show do a show like that before then. Was that the episode where for an English assignment, everyone had to write their own eulagies?

Another interesting storyline was an early one, when Kim thought she was pregnant. I don't really remember the episode too well, but A Different World really tackled all kinds of real-life issues. I didn't realize Oxygen had been showing the series until recently. If I had known, I would have been watching all along. I hope they continue to show the series, because I really want to see all the eps again and in order.

this show was pretty good, i liked the cosby show better though
