Czas na Zywiec 06-22-2003, 12:00 AM I never really found Fonzie to be be funny. I just saw him as the 'tough guy' wannabe, but ya know, he just never quite got there. Just because you can hit a jukebox and make it play, doesn't make you cool. :p Sitcomwriter 06-22-2003, 12:34 AM Originally posted by HuntingtonM15 Life With Bonnie- Bonnie Cheers- Diane Scrubs- All of them I'm guessing that you aren't a fan of dry humor. I'm not saying that you have to like Diane or Cheers for that matter, but I do think that she was funny. Ofcourse you don't have to like the same things I do, that would just be silly, right?:rolleyes2 HuntingtonM15 06-22-2003, 01:29 AM Originally posted by DianeChambers87 Well, if your idea of comedy is Roseanne than I am absolutely sure that we don't have the same taste in comedy ;) . Well I beg your pardon for getting the wrong impression, but as you see above I said that I found her very funny, I did not say "why don't you like her?" nor did I insult you. Again, my apologies if you thought that I was attacking you or your taste in comedy :) . HuntingtonM15 06-22-2003, 01:44 AM Thanks for your apologies! It was oh so kind of you. Meredith Baxter Birney is more of a dramatic actress not a sitcom actress. I would had loved to have seen what she could have done with Elyse Keaton if Family Ties was an one hour drama, as it was originally intended to be. Her moments when she showed more dramatic flair was more natural than her attempts at comedy. Then Cliff Huxtable. Cashodeen 07-07-2003, 06:19 AM Originally posted by Sitcom Analyzer Will-Fresh Prince of Bel-Air REALLY suprised to see you put him. Why do you watch the show? Although I must say, Will stopped being funny in the later years. (BTW, I miss your old name. I quoted you so much I was starting to type SOLOMON really fast. LOL.) Krista2882 07-07-2003, 08:11 AM Originally posted by GoldenFamilyTies Are you guys COMPLETELY forgetting the obvious: Cliff Huxtable - The Cosby Show no way! I think he's hilarious! I'm just ticked off about how much they play the Cosby Show to death on Nick At Night. rrr! I can't think of any characters who weren't funny, but were supposed to be. In all of the shows I watch, all of the characters are funny in their own way.... someone mentioned not thinking that anyone on "Scrubs" is funny. Personally, I disagree. I loooove that show. All the characters crack me up. I sit there and laugh practically beginning to end when I watch that show. hehe. I especially love J.D., Elliott, and um.. that doctor guy who's always giving JD a hard time.. I forgot his name. (I don't watch the show every week)... the guy who plays him was in the movie "Office Space" if that makes it easier for you guys to figure out who i'm talking about. lol. ~Krista :cow: TVFactFan 07-07-2003, 07:56 PM Originally posted by Cashodeen REALLY suprised to see you put him. Yeah i changed my screen name about a month ago. You haven't been in a while i think which is why u r seeing Sitcom Analyzer. I looked at Fresh Prince to see Uncle Phil and Geoffery. NOT WILL-LOL Why do u miss the old name? Cashodeen 07-08-2003, 02:59 AM Originally posted by Sitcom Analyzer Yeah i changed my screen name about a month ago. I was still here regularly when you changed your name. Not long after that I stopped coming on very much so I never took the chance to comment on the change until yesterday. People seem to change their names a lot on here, but I guess it's harder for me to adapt when someone goes from a real first name to something entirely different. Of course, if I hadn't stopped coming here, I would be used to it by now.
