You know, I'm like many of you that believe if the reunion is to happen, it should consist of the five main characters throughout the show (Mrs. G., Blair, Jo, Tootie and Natalie). However, McKeon and Fields are still unconfirmed, from what I have heard.

I think that, instead of doing a movie telling a story in present day, why not do a retrospective? "Cheers" did this for their 200th/250th (?) episode, and it was so cool. The actors had a round-table discussion with a mediator. They took questions from the audience, and the show was mixed with clips from the actual show. It was nice because they were able to be themselves, and it was more spontaneous. If McKeon is worried about her image, this would be the perfect opportunity. She can be herself. Fields could promote her studio, Whelchel could promote her book, and we could see what's new with Cohn and Rae. I really wish that the producers would see that it's not the same without them all. But with this, it might just get the whole gang back.

I remember that episode of Cheers vaguely and it was really good. It would be a nice option as opposed to a full blown movie.

I know this is probably a far-fetched idea, but why don't a few of us send e-mails to ABC and entitle them "Facts of Life" reunion. This way we can suggest this for a 'reunion', which I think is a great idea, and we can also express how much we DON'T want them to kill Jo. Eventually they'll have to pass the letters on if they get enough http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif
