I've been listening to the sound files at christy-romano.com and I can't believe how good of a voice she has! Well, the main one that blew me away was the clip of her singing the "Fame" song. She sounds a little bit younger, but what a set of pipes she has! It's too bad that she couldn't belt it out like that when she sang on even stevens. I also saw the music video of her singing the song from the new KP CD and they have all this techno crap drowning out her voice. Well, that's what I think. Just go to http://www.christy-romano.com click on multimedia, then sound clips and it's the second one from the bottom. Wow!

Yeah, she's okay. Nothing spectacular though.

OHMYGOSH she sounds awesome she sounds familiar like someone I know (we've got alot of singers in my family NOT famous just church choir and such)I WILL say however that I love her voice in ES when she sings IMO (and please dont shoot me) I thin she sings WAY better then Hilary Duff and shes ALOT less Bubblegummy

I agree, AnahiemPMWitch. While I actually like Duff's voice, it's a different... style, I guess. Not that I can talk, because I cannot sing at all. :)

i think her voice is great DEPENDING what type of music she sings, (opera,theatre,rockish pop)

OMG, I totally agree with you! I hate Hilary's voice. Christy should have became the singer. :guitar:

She still CAN become a singer! :) Her voice is much more mature sounding than Hilary's. Then again, I have never heard Hilary's plain singing voice without all the instruments and fancy stuff, so I can hardly tell how she sounds. I would love to hear Hilary sing acoustic sometime and then we'll know if she can really sing!

I think it would be REALLLY cool if they made an ACTUAL album out of "the twitty Stevens Connection" because really they are all Talented

ITA, I don't think Hilary's a very good singer at all. She really should have stuck with acting IMO. Christy, on the other hand, has a wonderful voice.

I think she sings great. It's refreshing to have a actress who can really sing as well as act.

Her voice is MUCH better than Hillary Duff's, in my opinion. Christy Carlson Romano has an amazing voice.

Yeah, I agree. Usually, there's a really good actor, but they can't sign at all or a singer who can't act at all! It cool that she's good at both.
