Sorry I don't remember the real name of that ep with the Tuckers.

My video tape ran out almost at the end, so I missed part of it! Can somebody please fill me in?

My tape stopped right when the Tuckers came into the airport and Joe & Helen came out and were saying, "We're so mad at you..."

Thanks, guys. I haven't been around much - been busy! And fighting with my hubby. Arrrrgh. You know, sometimes 14 years seems sooooooo long.

Love,

Wing<><

Sorry to hear that Wingshock.....one of the things about Wings is it can be a nice diversion from the realities of life, even if its only an escape for 30 minutes here or there.....hope things are going well now...

....as for the episode, it picks up with Joe and Helen going "we're so mad at you...." but of course they are forgiving them because they are so happy to see the Tuckers. The Tuckers awkwardly keep talking to them for a minute or two and then another couple shows up and it is obvious the Tuckers are getting ready to go away for the weekend with the "new" couple.

The "new" couple even gets a bottle of wine from the Tuckers and Joe is offended when he realizes the "new" friend calls Mr. Tucker, "Tuck" as if he should be the only one allowed to call him that. lol.

Helen gets upset and says something like, "what's wrong with us, we're fun, we're cute, we're peppy?" And Mrs. Tucker tells her that she and Joe are too clingy. Realizing she is hurting Helen she says, "We never said we wouldn't see other couples."

Joe gets even more offended and turns to Mr. Tucker and says, "I want my Michael Bolton tape back." lol

Joe and Helen become even more needy so the Tuckers rush out to get to the plane. Joe and Helen become depressed thinking they will never meet a couple like the Tuckers again. Then another young couple enters the terminal and Helen and Joe immediately start talking to them trying to form a relationship.

It was kinda funny to see Helen and Joe so desperate for friendship. or at least a couple friendship.

Thanks, losthighway.

Yeah, I thought it was so funny how in searching for a couple to be friends with, it was so much like a romance.

Thanks again,

Wingshock, I'm sorry to hear about your 'marital discord'. I missed this episode when it aired recently but I've seen it before. I'm sure everybody knows that the woman who played the Tucker wife(I don't remember her character's name) is Tim Daly's real-life wife.:) :) :) :)

Speaking of Tim Daly's wife, on the Internet Movie Database, it said that she had been on One Life to Live, playing someone named Mary in 1999. I watch One Life to Live, but don't remember this character. Does anyone else watch it and remember the character that she played?

The real name was "Have I got a Couple for You".
